New Dialog boxes are time consuming to enter 1099s. The 2023 and earlier versions were quicker and straight forward. Also there was no link to the previous year (2023) that we always send in quarterly tax payments for both Federal and State.

The changes made to the Investment input section was a step back. I hated the new format. Had to enter the same financial institution multiple times each for interest, dividends and capital gains.

Continuous popups and requests to add on and pay additional fees are confusing, inexcusable, predatory, and unneeded after paying for a "premium" software product.

Reviewing the 1099s were a pain since there was no account number listed until I clicked and opened each box. I have multiple accounts with each of my banks / brokerages.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and overall I am very happy with it. However, I do NOT like the new lay out to input the dividends, interest, etc. I found it was more difficult.

I love Turbo Tax. Makes tax prep easy. I have one complaint. I was charged $20 for my state filing. I thought I got 1 free state filing with my Turbo Tax fee?

Generally good, but download and review of brokerage accounts caused the accounts to download w/o erasing the previous, leaving multiple excess accounts on file.

It seems that Turbo Tax is getting sloppy. I'm finding thatome suggestions for taking a deduction for Foreign taxes, the AMT, and the handling of original issue discounts needs to be done manually making the software less reliable.

The step-by-step walkthrough, importing of my investment account tax forms, retention of prior year filing info and smooth handling of my K-1 saves me about $1,000 a year from the days of needing an accountant to file my taxes.

Won't let you e-file without filing state taxes and I live in a state that doesn't have state income tax!!! And it wants to charge you for a state download when again there is NO STATE INCOME TAX!!! Absolutely ludicrous!
