Long time user - like that is takes me step by step for input; only had to use Audit Defense once and will always choose that option - well worth the money

The supporting details in the forms method are laced with blatant software errors. Intuit should be able to make a simple spreadsheet without any software errors, but their supporting details have MANY blatant software errors.

Generally good, but download and review of brokerage accounts caused the accounts to download w/o erasing the previous, leaving multiple excess accounts on file.

i love using turbo tax but it was much easier to use with a cd for install ,had a hard time geting it to come up but with a cd i got it right away . no cd and had to pay more money

There appears to be a flaw in the tax software as to how it fills out California state Form FTB 5805. It copies the AGI figures from the Federal return. This is incorrect, since California does not tax Social Security income.

most part of TurboTax is Awesome, but can improve more. For example, I can't find "Passive Operating loss" amount from K-1 form, but TurboTax force me to enter an amount. I don't know what to put there.

Not liking the new format for entering nterest and dividends . When you want to check it, it jumps back to the first section and then you have to scroll down to find the one you are working on.

The changes made to Turbo Tax for 2024 returns made it a little more difficult to navigate through the program. Price for Turbo Tax is also creeping up. Will likely switch to a less expensive tax program for my 2025 taxes.

It worked very well with one exception: The estimated taxes PAID for the New Mexico state taxes were not requested when doing the step by step input. I had to find the form and add the paid estimated taxes by date on the form.

Great Time Saver and so accurate. Used it for years with no problems. I used to do taxes manually and tried this when it was offered and found it to be just what was needed
