This years version is extremely disappointing. Modifications are cumbersome and not easy to navigate. Filing an extension is difficult as its impossible to get to the forms. Next year I will look at different software.

I have been using Turbo Tax software since 1995. This Turbo Tax is now getting even better as questions are explained clearly. No more big words. One thing... I like to see Intuit Turbo Tax lower the cost of the product.

I love how easy you make filing state taxes - it saves me a ton of time BUT If I didn't know we were supposed to get the Federal tuition credid, TT Premier wasn't going to tell me! I had to did through the software and find it myself!

This was my first time using Turbo Tax. I was surprised how easy it was and how it could handle what I thought were complicated issues. I had a capital gain on the sale of a rental and it guided me through the necessary paperwork.

Got me thru a very complex (for me) return including multiple rental properties, their sale this year, IRA conversions, and multiple pension incomes. TurboTax continues to be great for me with over 25 years using.

Ive spent 3+ hours on phone with Support in the last week only to eventually find the reason TT would not file my state was there is an unsupported form from CO DR6454 but TT simply aborted and said "It had a snag"

When I had completed the federal and state taxes, I wanted to review figures that I had entered. The program didn't allow me to fully review entries. Some of my figures didn't match the overall ending sums.

TurboTax does not alert the Filer to penalty and interests you may have paid from a refund. You have to check on the 1040 then there's no explanation.

Futures entry is not well defined. In an attempt to force payment of the $25 electronic filing fee no option is given to file state taxes by mail. That is a rip-off.

Very good experience. Easy to navigate. ONE problem is when adding interest income it make you go through entire process of selecting it. Spoke with tax expert that was very nice while making sure all questions and problems were handled.
