Very disappointed with the new format for Interest, Dividends, and Stock transactions. Very confusing now. I don't understand why TT makes changes every year to formats that add nothing.

I have used Turbo Tax for at least five years now as my accountant retired. I did not, however, accept help from thier "expert" and did find it annoying to be confronted with this choice so often.

Upsell service (premium service ???) without fully disclose the reasons nor allow user to remove it ? So we called customer service and learnt lots of folks complained. This is unacceptable business practices.

It's now over 30 years with us using Turbo Tax. Filing taxes each year is a real chore for me as we have rental property. The most difficult is just gathering information.... but instead of taking it to a CPA we just input into TurboTax.

Always efficient, clear and easy to use from year to year. I appreciate the consistency and the ability to purchase the desktop version for my own records. Even though I am transmitting returns over the internet, I prefer not to file them online.

Normally I would give you 5 stars but this year your section on Roth IRA had a number of questions that were confusing and didn't seem to apply to me. Waisted a lot of my time.

I file in two states. You should add a reminder to perform the 'nonresident' state first... We need a hint what income 'attributable to YOUR STATE' means....

The question that asks if one has medical insurance costs is not clear as to whether medicare supplements are included in that question, should be clarified.

All worked well, no specific problems, but did have some questions on the initial review with the problems found. Did no understand the problems and had no idea where they came from.

Everything worked great until the end. Worst Experience ever!!!!!!!! stressed me out so much because it would not e-file and left me hanging days before due date. I WANT MY MONEY Back!! Worst Experience.
