Very disappointed, as a retired CPA I found the new format very confusing. Wasted time going back and forth to get information from different forms and not sure if I had recorded all of the info on the return in the correct format.

Chose not to purchase audit defense yet when it came time to file there was a 45.00 charge ... with no explanation. Seems sketchy. They have made things much easier related to ESPP and RSUs though.

completed taxes in about 3 hours including dividends, interest, capital gains. also using previous years info and carried capital gains really helps. I like the previous year comparisons as well...helps to insure you didn't leave anything out.

As always, we get an easy going tax return filed by ourselves by using Turbotax. It's very good tool for us. This year we selected Premier, but was charged $45 for "Premier Service Fee" when file the return, which is unexpected.

Turbo Tax is fairly easy to use unless you have K-1's and 1099-MISC forms. The instructions for these items is quite sketchy in my opinion. Other than that, it is pretty straight forward.

Easy to use, for some reason 2024 did not automatically enter 2023 data (probably my fault, but I couldn't make it happen). I've used Turbo Tax for years and it has always been easy and accurate.

Not sure if it is the tax law, my taxes getting more complicated or turbo tax but it is getting harder and harder to do my own taxes using turbo tax. If I didn't know about where my total taxes should be I have probably made a few mistakes.

From start to finish I found that the program downloaded without any problems. Great from start to finish. I didn't need any help from the experts. Done in less than 2 hours

The Automatic update is a real pain in the butt!!! It is time consuming and prone to to failure. And there is no way around it! MacBook Air M2 15.3.2

I've been with Turbo Tax since it's very beginning. In all these years I have enjoyed using Turbo Tax. TT has never let me down. Keep up the good work!
