Overall experience was good. However, the steps to download INT and DIV forms requires an identification number that is not readily available on those forms.

I sweat filing my taxes every year but TrboTx makes it sooooo easy. I tell all my friends and family to try it, and a lot of them now use it! So great!

2024 was first year that i kept getting "NOT RESPONDING" on same PC as last year. Otherwise the general use of the software was similar to last year. Noticed that Intuit increased the cost of filing State Returns.

I filed using TurboTax Premier. The process was as smooth as ever and got the refund that was expected. Being able to import data from investment accounts makes the process a breeze. I'll be buying it again next year.

This is my 14th year with TurboTax and it was bad this year: harder to install without disc; couldn't pull up 2023 information; put wife as primary and husband as spouse and couldn't change it because all of husband's information remained as spouse.

The software is fine, however when I try to print the return I only get the first 6 pages. I have tried 2 different printers with the same result. Something is wrong with the file.

Each year, it seems it gets harder. This year, a change was made to combine the 1099INT and 1099 DIV steps. This made it very confusing and difficult to enter and review, instead of the old way where I can just do 1099INT then 1099 DIV separately

TT is very easy to use. TT program and TT community has done a good job of answering questions. I have used TT for over 20 years and it improves every year.

All worked well, no specific problems, but did have some questions on the initial review with the problems found. Did no understand the problems and had no idea where they came from.
