Frustrating that it did not support a Form 8990. Also certain items I completed during the Review Check, I wanted to go back and edit but could not find a way to do that.

I can't get one of my tax returns to transmit. When I go to print to mail in it is all jumbled up. I have to download adobe and that is another set of issues. I have used turbo tax for years. I am moving over to another platform. So frustrated.

Very good product. Some things can be a little more straightforward or simply explained. But overall a good product that I return to year-after-year.

I did not order an Audit Defense and yet I am automatically signed up. What is this? Also, the updates are not provided at the beginning. Therefore, the user has to backtrack.

I have a simple return. From 1099-R, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV. Take Standard deduction. Had to get Premier edition to handle retirement income. Ridiculous.

very helpful. straight forward. when the IRS rejected our submission because we needed to upload one more document concerning medical insurance. it walked us thru and made sure we were not missing anything. Thanks!

Flow was very confusing compared to past years. Also electronic download of 1099 did not allow paste of passwords. Very inconvient when usen long passwords with a password manager

The changes to 1099-div, int and 1099-B ARE TERRIBLE. The individual entries are very difficult to follow, edit and review. Was a lot easier before.

1. It does not import the tax forms, such as 1099-X, from our financial firms. 2. For our case, we had trouble to find where to report the selling rental house income, and where to report house improvement cost for selling rental house.

2025 Turbo Tax sucks. I had to refile Oregon tax multiple times. I used to use Turbo Tax with no issues in the past. This year just sucks. I am thinking about switching to other software.
