The Turbo Tax experts were exceptional and very knowledgeable. They stay with you all the way with patience .They know what do and sharing your screen is the best experience.

The software works great. It's easy to use and I've been using it for years. I had a little trouble entering my license code this year, but I called and they helped me out. Overall, the software is easy to use and accurate.

Very confusing this year. Not INTUITIVE. Unclear instructions. Unclear guidance regarding 50+ IRA make up contributions and conversion to ROTH IRA. Disappointed!

I had an issue with reporting the sale of a rental property. I bought the expert advice and got two different answers. Hopefully I used the correct one to file my taxes.

Have used TurboTax for many years now. So far so good. It's getting better now with multi state returns so that's good. Had issues printing this year for my records but I got past that.

relatively easy to use but has some errors. I couldn't find where to fix the errors. In my filing, it says I got 19,500 solar credit, which I had 3 years ago. I couldn't remove it.

There were glitches with editing charitable deductions and editing/updating the return in general that were frustrating and did not occur in prior years.

The software version is the way to go. You can easily upload documents and forms. Much of the information is carried over from year to year so there is very little manual input required.

2 issues: 1. if you decide to pay by credit card and change your mind, system is stuck- NO CANCEL BUTTON 2. I should pay for filing state $20 as I am Advantage member, Yet I was charged $25!
