Love Turbo Tax. Easy to use step by step instructions to be sure all is covered. Easy to go back and review or edit. Easy to dive deeper in the worksheets to understand how things are calculated.

User friendly, even for a non-numbers person! Walks thru everything in a simple, understandable manner. Has good side help/explanation windows when needed. I had always avoided doing my taxes, now I almost look forward to doing them!

You can tell which parts of TurboTax were updated for this year because they are FULL of BUGS. If I wasn't stuck using TurboTax I would definitely use something. else.

product is okay. Accessing it through Intuit is very tedious. Printing the pages that you want to keep is difficult. Lots of repetition in printing Fed and State.

A great product to use year after year. Some issues with entering S corporation data may be improved. Deductions for HSA sometimes difficult to find, but I have figured it out after many years.

The interface for the 1099-B transactions was so bad it had me using the lords name in vain. Please fix this for next year. I was on the Mac Version.

I have been using Turbo Tax to do my taxes for almost 40 years. In all those years, I have never incurred a problem with the IRS and am comfortable that I am using the best tax prep program available.

I explicitly bought a version that was advertised as including state, and then had to pay an additional $25 for state. I probably fall for this every year, so that's on me.
