I'm questioning the accuracy of this product given how much it wants me to pay an additional fee to hire a human tax expert. I just e-filed and it tried to get me to subscribe so I'd have free audit defense as well. Is turbotax not reliable anymore?

Turbo Tax Premier was used. Not user friendly. PDF file printed at end did not sync correctly and printed gibberish. Disappointed. We have used Turbo Tax for years.

Easy to file Income tax with Turbo Tax software. It takes me about 3-hours to finish. Last couple of years all filings were good. I feel confident with this tax return tool

Great product. It would seem that some of the clarity in previous year's software has dropped slightly this year, perhaps as an incentive to purchase tax advice from Intuit. I suggest that you keep the original quality of previous year's software

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 7 years and all my returns have been accepted by IRS promptly. Turbo Tax is reliable and accurate and it guides you through every step of the way.

a far cry from what it used to be. Overpriced and provides nearly no information on simple questions, such as: can you deduct investment adviser fees.

I have been using Turbo for many years and the only thing I complain about is that why cant we down load multiple accounts from the same financial institution. Hopefully this you will remedy in the coming years

fair - there are glitches in the transfer of downloaded tax info [1099-int. div and capital gains] that have been reported at least 4 weeks ago and still have no solution. NY return didn't transfer info from last year's filing

Great software this year only a couple of glitches..... Every time you save it takes the M out of married between my wife and myself on form. Otherwise I rely on it every year. Thankx

Getting more confusing each year. Made me purchase another state tax software which turns out that I didn't need to submit taxes for that state. I lost $40. I'd like to get that money back.
