The program makes the complicated tax filing process easy for a non-tax professional by asking simple questions and allowing the tax program to interpret the necessary section the data belongs to and/or handling the calculation that's needed.

Upsell service (premium service ???) without fully disclose the reasons nor allow user to remove it ? So we called customer service and learnt lots of folks complained. This is unacceptable business practices.

Wasn't able to submit my State of Ohio taxes through TurboTax due to "errors" on my credit card info when trying to pay the $20 fee.... Tried multiple credit cards then had to go to the State of Ohio website and enter the data to file.

I had a problem with importing from Fidelity Investments. Support could not help me at first because I had a problem with my password. After going back and working on it the problem was solved.

Good transfer of documents. On the medical expenses section, I could not right click and add supporting details; may have been my mistake, but if not, this should be allowed

I spent a lot of time in deleting the unused institution prompts on the investment income page. Only one empty prompt could be deleted from the page at a time by requiring you to leave the page and then returning to delete another one.

Had a form pop up in my taxes that should not have been there. It seems to be a glitch in the software. I had to call Turbo Tax person to get it deleted out of my forms. She was good help.

It did the basics but required me to find and manually enter 2023 data (e.g. carryover) even though I filed with TT last year. Cumbersome user interface when adding information after a first pass & when paying for state & efile.

I found the desktop version was not as user-friendly as the online version I've used in past years. I had to look up things from the 2023 tax return to complete forms that should have been transferred over. Otherwise, I like TurboTax overall.

Upset that It's Deductible is not working in the online version of Turbo Tax. It takes too long to enter any deductions individually. That part needs to be updated in next year's version. Also I would like for Turbo Tax be on a CD again.
