K-1 for the state on NJ has a bug where TurboTax does not want a State code nor Zip. When removed and file taxes the State of NJ rejects because the elements are null.

I worked with three different experts when I reached a snag. The issue was address and I proceeded on my own until the next time. My refund increased along the way due to their help.

t would have been nicer when my return got rejected if it was easier to locate and fix the IRS 6-digit IP PIN and fully explain that that PIN vs the 5-digit PIN are different.

It wouldn't let me enter some Sch. A items unless I went into forms view. You should NOT charge me for Colorado state e-filing! Please refund this charge.

Called for Customer Service, first time in 35 years. Gerardo P. from Chicago did a great job. I was very pleased. He was a great help. I'm a CPA and we worked together to resolve the issue. Thanks, Paul

The way TT guides you through the tax forms is simple and straightforward. The inline help / tooltips is also very useful. Keep it as simple as you can.

Fix the foreign tax credit section to allow easy input of multiple countries For NY State Income tax give mailing of the estimated tax payments and coupons as an option, too busy trying to sell Turbotax state estimated tax payment service

I can't get one of my tax returns to transmit. When I go to print to mail in it is all jumbled up. I have to download adobe and that is another set of issues. I have used turbo tax for years. I am moving over to another platform. So frustrated.

Very easy to use and follow. Only took a short amount of time to complete and file my return., I have used the software every year since it first became available and have been satisfied every year.

They have made it easy to file taxes with all kinds of investments, rental income, improvements to rental etc. I am more satisfied this year than in the past
