box 14 Wrong errors at the end makes the software useless. I paid the audit defense , efile fees, not sure where it goes if I am unable to submit / transmit the tax return at the end.

Thank goodness you have great staff. This is the first year I haven't had a great (easy-to-use and save) disc showing up with my tax-form on it. He was able to walk me through setting up a download. Next year it'l be easier.

I've been using this for years. It's easy because it imports last year's data for comparison purposes - helps me make sure I didn't forget anything. Also the import function (forms from my broker) helps avoid manual entry mistakes.......

This is the worst experience I have ever had with filing a tax return. I have used turbo tax for years I do not like this program it omits things and now it won`t let me pay by credit card. I may try a new program next year. UN HAPPY!!

This service definitely streamlined the tax return process, yet the incessant advertisements for your other services was quite intrusive. 3.5 stars, but rounded to nearest whole number.

Federal and State tax forms went well. The City (Grand Rapids) was not correct. Information did not transfer correctly and had to abort and fill out the form manually. If your going to offer it, it needs to work correctly.

It was excellent. Friendliest and most patient group of Tax Preparers I ever worked with. they helped identify a substantial error made by a CPA I learned a lot about my taxes and taxes and general. I will be using their services henceforth.

Not suppling a CD and having to download SUCKS! I needed to get support on the phone to walk me through because I kept getting the message "COULDN'T DOWNLOAD NETWORK ERROR". I wouldn't have needed support if I had a CD to load the software from.

My old computer crashed and I cannot get back the installed Turbotax. I wish Turbotax would have a way of assigning a number or identification to recover this.

I bought the package, so why do I still have to pay more for the California return? The font’s tiny and I can’t highlight anything. Honestly, it’s worse than the web version.
