Not as good as it has been in the past, especially when downloading and accessing tax forms and info from investment firms, ie, E-Trade. I have used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years, and I will probably switch to another company next year.

This years program did not import all of my information from last years return for some reason. I always save the returns on a thumb drive. Turbo Tax found the file, but did not import a 1099-R from last year.

Generally good except: The TurboTax desktop version did not recognize our printer. I had to save tax docs to PDF in order to print them out. iMac desktop - OS = Ventura 13.7.3 Printer = Canon MF269dw II

I have been using TurboTax ever since it came out originally as MacInTax. It makes the very complex task of doing our taxes about as easy as it could possible be.

Everything is good, easy to use, accurate, ... BUT, this is a "but" for many years, actually ever since I started using Turbotax, the font size is so small and unchangeable. Wonder why it's so difficult to remedy this issue.

I have used TurboTax for at least seven years and never had as much trouble as I have had this year. Things seemed much harder to accomplish, to the point that I plan to look at another program next year.

Been using it for many years. Very good quality software. Graphical changes made this year (e.g., 1099 income screen) took a little while to get accustomed to.

Fraudulent product; let me purchase 4 states but would only let me efile 3. No mention of this until after purchase and when I get to the efile screen.

Way to costly this year. Also, with Primier should get multiple state taxes. Hate the foreign tax section, and the fact you have to submit state taxes before you get the voucher for payment is horrible.

My tax return is fairly straightforward, so the software does everything I need, including importing information from brokerage accounts. I had no need for live help, but I'm glad it's available.
