been using TUBO TAX PREMIER for years and this years version was a lot harder with lots more questions. Had difficulty trying to print my returns to mail.

Filing an amended return is confusing. Why does it say I need to mail the return a well, not sure when it says on IRS website that you can file electronically.

Many bugs. Had to spend a lot of time troubleshooting in order to file. Confusing interface. Couldn't use my state downloads from my Mac on Windows when I was troubleshooting.

well, you have an error on your system. Paid my Taxes, filed and your system calculated my IRA conversion wrong! I overpaid. the IRS correct my filing and sent a refund.

Overall, the experience was fairly easy. Only issue that I had was trying to delete a form that wasn't needed for this year. Been using Turbo Tax for many, many years and plan to continue using it.

Difficulty closing and then returning to Tax It keeps wanting to start over. Finally got all done but got a window stating "A SNAG" "Come back later" But no help in coming back later HOW? WHEN?

It is very disappointing the way TTax handles RMD's. It will not let you use a single account for receiving RMD's when RMD's are due from multiple accounts, even though federal rules allow you to do this.

Software easy to use. Self- explaining. Like idea of pick and choose what to work on. Only complaint, too many updates, (every time I sign on, update needed) plus takes too much time.

Turbo Tax is a good tool. We have been using it for years on the CD format. A little weird to switch to the download only version, but it worked out okay.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years with no problems until this one. I believe I got over charged on two of my returns by $5.00 each on the state returns.
