I have been with Turbo Tax for many years and will never switch services. Easy to use, I trust it, perfect accuracy, and proven trustworthy. It is the best product bar none!

The only real issue I have is not knowing up front if there is an opportunity to simply file a "take the Standard deduction" rather than answer all the required fields. Perhaps I missed that option.

Excellent program. More than 20 years using TurboTax. Its very simple to understand and gives you explanation of what one does not understand. Love the fact that it gives you what you inputted the previous year.

I've been using TurboTax since the 2000's and find it to be an excellent tool that I use once a year to get through all of my income taxes. I highly recommend it.

TurboTax is user friendly and very well done. The technical information is accessible and easy to use. I have been a customer for more that 14 years.

Give us access to all fields. You can update the changes when IRS gives you the information. I want to fill in the estimates now and not wait until JAN. This was the old TurboTax practice.

FOR THE MOST PART THE PROGRAM IS EASY TO FOLLOW AND GET HELP AS NEEDED. I'm still unable to print and it seems the only way is to pay for Adobe Acrobat

The tax information form for New York state ID information did not allow NYC ID as a choice, when Driver License and state ID not available, thus giving some difficulty to file electronically.

I'm very happy that TurboTax had the required forms so I could complete my taxes. I could not believe that after spending over $100 for another brand of tax program, it did not have the forms that I needed.

Turbo Tax software is great. A little confusing at times. But a good investment. I do however think it's ridiculous that we have to pay to e-file when we pay for the software.
