Easy to use. Took longer to access than last year using the CD. Also would not access previous Turbotax personal information, stated it could not find it on the computer. I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years.

Very easy to use. We particularly like that Turbotax can go to our brokerage account and download the necessary documents. We also like that one can go back to any section of the return as often as needed.

Can't give you 5 stars as it is still quite difficult to enter an IP Pin number on our return if you receive one from the IRS, we receive one every year and each year its pretty tough to find out how to enter that number.

TurboTax is very easy to use. Just follow the prompts and answer the questions and you can't go wrong. I had some new items in our return this year and TurboTax provided all the information needed for a complete return.

Program worked well. A little different downloading from an email than from a CD. Was not able to figure out how to delete W-2 income and expense information. Followed what it instructed me to do, but that didn't work.

Solid program that helps me work through taxes on my own. I save a lot of money this way. I did have some trouble tracing down odd error references at end.

Software does make doing my taxes easier but I only used it because of multiple states this year. I also don't like the fact they charge to efile for state returns. Enough with the rip off fee.

Overall, good. But stock transactions had to all be reviewed manually. Took forever. Also, could not go back to add foreign tax data to 1099DIV. ONCE DONE FOR ONE COUNTRY, COULD NOT ADD ANOTHER.

It was a little confusing downloading the investment info. There were too many individual boxes to review with zeros in them. The 2023 process was easier and less confusing.
