This software is not to intuitive if you want to mail your state taxes. You have to manually figure it out. Somewhat of a scam so to gernerate a chare for the state elrctronoc e-mail.

Not a good product. I do not like using it. The fact that Intuit lobbied the govt so we have to use it is scummy. The product should scan PDFs or pictures.

Really like Turbo Tax itself, but Intuit is really pointless. Tried to log in and obtain previous tax year's info, nothing shows up. I've been using Turbo Tax for like 15 years, but nothing shows up.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. As usual, I am always impressed with the thoroughness of the questions in the Guide Me approach. Good job. However, I am disappointed in the fact that the physical CD version is no longer available.

new look is confusing. Don't know where to click to enter data. Maybe it is the Google Chrome browser or maybe the icons don't react when you hover over them.

I liked using turbo tax, however i prefer downloading on CD, had to work with a couple of individuals to successful download and sync with old files. This occurred last time I tried download vs CD.

Still working on getting the lousy program to let me in 35 captchas and 6 6digit emailed codes later Next year H&R Block they are nearly so awful at making life difficult in the name of "security"

Very disappointed that I'm being charged an additional $40 to file, on top of the purchase price of Turbo Tax. Federal Taxes were never required anything additional to file.

Latest version of TurboTax Premier is "clunkier," meaning that it is not as user-friendly as previous years. Plus in several instances you cannot copy amounts into fields.
