I have been using TurboTax Premier for 15+ years now. It always works. Some things you have to dig up when but TurboTax online help and Google searches always yield a way to do it. I am so glad.

I've been using TurboTax for 25 years and find it very easy to use. The guidance (help, tips, and feedback) throughout the entry process has always been useful in answering my questions.

Great software. Only complaint is that state return filing should be included in the software price since the majority of people have to file a state return. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

User friendly, even for a non-numbers person! Walks thru everything in a simple, understandable manner. Has good side help/explanation windows when needed. I had always avoided doing my taxes, now I almost look forward to doing them!

I am delighted with how easy the program was to use. The program guided me through all the necessary steps. The only challenge I had was where to enter inheritance information.

They have made it easy to file taxes with all kinds of investments, rental income, improvements to rental etc. I am more satisfied this year than in the past

Difficulty transferring previous years data over. Too many ambiguous fees involved. I paid for state tax returns and again paid extra to file the state tax returns.

Filing an amended return is confusing. Why does it say I need to mail the return a well, not sure when it says on IRS website that you can file electronically.

Good overall but would like to have instruction for Roth IRA mega backdoor contributions. I.e. the instruction about how to report the rollover from after-tax 401k to roth 401k.
