The tax portion of the program was good except for not having Form 8949. However the payment portion did not fit on my screen and caused much frustration.

It was very to fill out. The only problem was two companies that I needed to export they don't come up on your list. So I had to type everything in full. Not what I was expecting.

I highly recommend Turbo Tax tax preparation program to EVERYONE! I have used it for years and have never had a problem. The IRS has never questioned anything on my Turbo Tax prepared tax return.

The question that asks if one has medical insurance costs is not clear as to whether medicare supplements are included in that question, should be clarified.

I have used TurboTax for years, including years when I owned a business. It is easy to use and produces results that are accepted by the IRS electronically.

The software improves each year. I am reliant on producing pdf files, and would find it very helpful if the pdf files included Acrobat bookmarks within the pdf file.

Every year now I have to manually review the Forms and fix an error which would have charged thousands in extra tax. I wont be using turbo tax anymore.

easy to use. I still have to fiddle with a few items regarding trusts, and state built in help is not quite as robust as that with the federal return(unsurprisingly) , but still improving every year

After ten years of using TurboTax I can almost always find the answers to any questions on my own. Each year seems to get easier! Thanks for a great product!

SS retirement income is ridiculously hard to find. You keep wondering if you screwed up or missed something until you stumble on it. Florida filing is an unnecessary loop.
