I love the program but do not appreciate paying over $100 for a program and then have to turn around and pay another $40 to get my refund processed by you. That makes no sense to me. I'm not sure I will continue using this program for that reason.

Turbo Tax is easy to use. I have had miscalculation of Federal taxes 2 years in a row so I am holding my breath that Turbo Tax has calculated my taxes correctly this year. Have used Turbo Tax for 20 years. Very comfortable with it.

Difficulty in purchasing TurboTax. Some questions I did not understand. Some of the disclaimers, I couldn't highlight the words and make a copy of what I was agreeing to.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. I find it to be everything I need. This year, particularly, I noticed changes which seems to make everything clearer. Particularly in the area of interest, 401 income and RMD's.

Great improvements: W2 picture upload and added financial institution sharing features saved me at least 2 hours from last years return preperation-time.

Feel like the investment import section could be improved as I still seem to have to do calculations. On the positive side I have been using the product for years and the year to year import of base info is helpful.

I found the desktop version was not as user-friendly as the online version I've used in past years. I had to look up things from the 2023 tax return to complete forms that should have been transferred over. Otherwise, I like TurboTax overall.

Love this product most of the time but the part about RMD and QCD is lacking in its guidelines. Also the followup on 1099-R and not taken distribution is foggy.

Disagree with $15.00 state income tax electronic filing fee. Prompted user to apply $40.00 federal refund fee when we were not getting a federal refund. It was a confusing prompt.

called about charging for efiling. just a bit misleading. needed at least a refund of $500 in order to deduct from refund. but OK . you should have a disclosure that states that
