completed taxes in about 3 hours including dividends, interest, capital gains. also using previous years info and carried capital gains really helps. I like the previous year comparisons as well...helps to insure you didn't leave anything out.

Generally helpful software for tax filing. There was an issue with passive operation loss. Not sure why it was not fixed until March 30 when I filed my return. This should not have happened.

Once I figured out where the insert my license code in my Intuit account it was fine. The software is clear to read and has many sub screens to answer questions... And the links to the IRS site help point out directions on where to go.

If I do not efile my State Tax Return Your product makes it almost impossible get the printed docs to file by mail. This is very frustrating, time consuming and disgusting, especially considering the price I pay for your product.

No problems. Had one small glitch with imported 1099B files (50 pages!) but your phone agent Bess led me right through the steps to enter the data. I give her 6 stars!

This TurboTax premier was so great to me except 2 minor things (not able to turn the page and one time interest charge duplicate in the statement repeatedly.)

I find turbotax easy to use. that turbotax does not have a built in "calculator" to allow one to do calculations is an inconvenience. I also do not like turbotax constantly asking me to purchase additional products and services.

Verifying/editing the interest and dividend income sections (when you have a long list of items) of TT Premier edition is HORRIBLE. Scrolling up or down to find the save button is ridiculous. Please fix for 2025 edition!

Worked well with easy to follow the steps. Each section explained the forms required and showed how they should look. Excellent information to help complete the task at hand

You screwed up my state return, the standard deduction was not calculated. Too late to try to fix it now. Some information is confusing. Example just state that AGI is line 11 on the Federal 1040 form.
