I've been using TurboTax for many years and have been very happy with the process every year. Taxes are not easy but TurboTax walks you through everything, step by step.

I've been using this for years. It's easy because it imports last year's data for comparison purposes - helps me make sure I didn't forget anything. Also the import function (forms from my broker) helps avoid manual entry mistakes.......

Difficulty transferring previous years data over. Too many ambiguous fees involved. I paid for state tax returns and again paid extra to file the state tax returns.

Easy to use but when it hits a bump you're in trouble. Bought state e-file but had problems with return rejected over AGI. Could not fix and had to file by mail, now cannot file state by e-file so just lost $25.

Well, I had the previous return, and it had the AGI I reported, but it was rejected. I wonder if I will get a refund for the state return that was blocked as well.

Very frustrating. Does not flow as well as past TurboTax programs. I could not print selected tax worksheets. For example, I could not print the estimated tax worksheet for 2025.

Generally easy to use and straight forward. However, the state was not clear on the inclusion or exclusion of the capital gain on a second home sold out of state.
