The software continues to improve. The "Connect with an expert" is a fantastic addition! Your experts were professional, helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Has been great for the last 8 years but all of the extra charges and addons not to mention the No Free State E-File $25.00 extra FEE might be cheaper with another product or just pay a tax prepare.

Very good to use. Easy if you use itsDeductible too. I did ask the feds to withdraw my payment to IRS on April 9, 2025. They have not done so yet. This is April 10, 2025 on the west coast..

I didnt like the download only maybe i am just old, also turbo tax say free efile for federal but dont say you have to pay 45 dollars for the premium package in order to get the free efile. other wise I would have given five stars

I've used your products several years. Only had one issue when I had to switch to an online program, where it required all my information to be re-entered...not fun. Otherwise, programs are user-friendly and help is available if needed.

I highly recommend Turbo Tax tax preparation program to EVERYONE! I have used it for years and have never had a problem. The IRS has never questioned anything on my Turbo Tax prepared tax return.

Works reasonably well. It could be a little more helpful with choices to make regarding capital gains. I don't like that it doesn't return me to the exact spot in the software when I saved it last.

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 15 years to do our personal income tax. I have never had any issues or errors and it has been user friendly to use. Excellent product.

Turbotax was easy to use except for the estimated quarter taxes section would not allow me to change to a lessor amount due to my upcoming retirement.
