needs to be able to select standard deduction without having to go thru all the deduction steps. Also couldn't print tax forms from within the program. Had to save it as a pdf to my computer then print it out separately

I love the fact that I can toggle back and forth between the step-by-step and the old-fashioned forms view. The step-by-step is quick and easy, and the forms view let's me see the detail behind the numbers.

I had an issues with2023 information transferring to my 2024 return ie investment loss carry over)I . This was discussed withthe help center but not resolved

Previous turbo tax years were so much better when you could load the CD on more than one computer. It was very cumbersome this year only having it on one computer . Ugh

I have been using TurboTax Premier for at least a dozen years now. It is very easy to work with, and I especially like that I can import all of our investments into the software easily.

The new Built-In Ads for Audit Advantage have Jarring English Grammar and Syntax, someone please review them.. like hire a Copy Editor or run it through Grammarly please. It was near unnerving what it implied.

Form CSA 1099R (Rev 2025) from OPM does not have a box 16. However, your software would not let me efile without an amount listed. No help available as to which amount, Gross or taxable, to list. So I had to guess. Yes software was up to date.

I love Turbo Tax. I have been using it for several decades. This year, however, the only problem I had was when I tried to pay for Audit Defense, which was free for me as an Advantage user, the program kept locking up.
