I've been using TurboTax for many years and have always been happy with it. Some of the "help" results aren't as seamless as in years past though. For instance quick access to other forms is almost non existent now.

Importing information was confusing. I have multiple accounts at a brokerage firm. This version was more complicated than before because you went to a web browser to import. It may be more secure than before.

Crypto currency support is lacking. Makes me sign into my Intuit account to purchase eFile for state and then makes me manually enter my address instead of pulling it from the account they just made me sign into.

overall, a easy and efficient work process. I had an initial problem downloading and installing the CA state return, but your help desk was VERY helpful and finally solved the problem.

"Buyer beware" of hidden fees at the end to file Federal return. $40.00 processing. Importing from Robinhood was not complete requiring me to perform extra manual entries extra. Worked much better and with no hidden fees in years past.

I loaded turbotax onto an external drive. I think this caused a lot of troubles when I tried to upload updates. I could not easily do this = had to manually load each time.

I like transfer of information from the previous years turbo tax forms. The quick reference information explaining various entries is very appreciated.

Everything worked out fine. Another year doing my taxes with you guys and all the info and help was available .The agents, who assisted me were very professional and helpful. Keep up the good work.

New format makes it cumbersome to report dividends not received through a financial institution. Also unable to change the purchase date on a capital gain handled through a download from a financial institution that was in error.

relatively easy to use but has some errors. I couldn't find where to fix the errors. In my filing, it says I got 19,500 solar credit, which I had 3 years ago. I couldn't remove it.
