Very helpful prompts, covers everything we need. Not sure why do info from downloaded files did not transfer into the program, such as which states interest income was earned.

Well, I had the previous return, and it had the AGI I reported, but it was rejected. I wonder if I will get a refund for the state return that was blocked as well.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and works as designed if you have your date/records in good order. However there are issues during payment and in some cases there are double pricing -- so one needs to be careful when paying for states or for other services

I've used Turbotax for nearly 40 years. Bluntly stated, in my opinion, you have not improved the interface very much. This year was a definite step backwards in ease of entering information.

I began using TurboTax in the nineties. It has been a rarity that there has been an issue. It's been used for family and friends and all our own tax filings.

I never used other tax return method for the last 20 plus years and I don't have any comparison. one thing that could help is to have the text on the Help a little bigger.

It was quick and easy, in spite of my voluminous tax return. Needed help on one aspect of program. Phone call resolved. It was answered extremely quickly and thoroughly! Kudos to Tammy.

If I wasn't a CPA with a specialty in Taxation, I would have gone to an accountant this year. You made it more difficult than other years and you NEVER create any continuity e.g. customer repeat loyalty.

engaged an expert and she was able to help and solve my problem so I could submit the the IRS electronically. Thanks for selecting her for customer service.

I like using TurboTax because his self-explanatory not having to need the need for somebody else to tell you how to do it, as long as it's still easy to use I will continue using TurboTax for the next years to come
