I used TURBO TAX filed my tax return every year, it guides me how to be filing in every step, nice and easy to understand and accurate, it makes no mistake and success every year. I highly recommended this tax return product, five stars !

I find Turbo tax easy to use. I like being able to switch to a view of the forms from the step by step because sometimes that is easier for me to make sure I've captured everything.

This was the most infuriating, time-consuming, and overall miserable experience I ever had the displeasure of doing. Your software error, of an automatically generating form, was infuriating.

The reorder for the future year program is hard to know when the order is complete and then wanders into online and that creates confusion And this form is confusing - lets kept it simple and not fancy

Turbotax is great for doing your taxes on your own time schedule. The program gives you everything you need with step-by-step questions and instructions

I had to enter in everything 3 times before it finally got it right. It had a hard time to import my W2, and give me my federal refund. Took me way longer than it needed to. Not very inuitive, felt like a tax person programmed this thing. Not good

Overly complicated. May be the government's fault and not Intuit. One problem that should be fixed is the inclusion of forms that do not contribute to the tax filing and errors generated to require information for those forms.
