Most part works like past years. However, eBay's 1099-K is major pain. It should be that hard by just asking how much was sold was what was paid for. Also, backdoor Roth Ira filing is hard without watching someone's Youtube.

I didn't like the switch this year to entering interest, dividends, capital gains in different areas. In other years I could enter all of the data from the 1099 or other documents without having to go back and forth with my documents.

Easy to use. All the instructions are intuitive and easy to follow. I have been using Turbo Tax for the last several years and would not think of using anything else.

I am very frustrated with the product this year. I have been unable to print my tax returns to review them before filing. How do I get help with this problem?

It is easier for me to answer turbo tax question after using it for many years in succession. Turbo Tax did a good job or retrieving information from my former returns.

I use TurboTax Premium every year. Works great for my complicated tax situation. I really like the program that is included, "Its Deductible". Please keep this as part of the package !

I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years with accurate and efficient results. Even when I paid an accountant to do my taxes for the past 2 years.

I had 2 problems: 1) I sold and bought a house and the calculations did not come out correct. I called and Janice took care of it. 2) a interest amount just turned up and I had to call again, Nocole took care of it. The two ladies were excellent.

Has been great for the last 8 years but all of the extra charges and addons not to mention the No Free State E-File $25.00 extra FEE might be cheaper with another product or just pay a tax prepare.

I used the step by step guided method. Was lengthy but so are the tax laws. The review process did miss that I had left out my pin numbers and my returns, filed electronically, were rejected. Had to go through correction process and re-submit.
