TurboTax is an important tool for an individual's financial independence. Using TurboTax gives the individual a working hands-on knowledge of one's income to unitize funds into the future.

Asked me to upgrade to premiere for 35, but the only difference was to compute for IRA contributions and save a couple hundreds. The help isn't even automatic to ask you, can easily be missed. The 35$ extra is not worth it.

I have used turbo tax for many years. It is a great product that I am accustomed to and had no issues this year when using it. Thanks for continually making Turbo Tax a user friendly and reliable product.

FAIL THIS TIME. LAST TIME I USED TURBO TAX. DONT KNOW WHY I HAD TO PAID $40 PLUS TAXES TO FILE MY STATE TAX. AND GOT TRICK TO PAY ANOTHER $40 TO UPGRADE FOR NO RESULTS.

Everything went smoothly with my tax return preparation. I only wish my financial institution, which handles my investments, would provide documents that easily transfer information to the tax forms.

I'm not understanding why I have to dig to continue completing my 2024 return. It's certainly not easy to use. I believe this program has a lot of glitches that I have experienced. Why would I need help for $60 additional?

Still a great program but has gotten quirky e.g. on the Income side when an option is chosen the screen jumps back to the head of the list and a scroll down is required--a nit but irritating.

A great product to use year after year. Some issues with entering S corporation data may be improved. Deductions for HSA sometimes difficult to find, but I have figured it out after many years.
