I had a good experience with one of your Turbotax experts. She helped me resubmit a Federal & State form. I had made a mistake in typing one of our 1099-R accounts.

First version I bought was corrupted. The next version did not work either. With help from a TurboTax representative, I manage to finish my tax return. About 10 hours were used totally.

Great product. Makes self file so much easier. I've used Turbo Tax for several years and each year it gets easier. And, the program found more deductions than I could have on my own.

I Did not care for the format changes when selecting the detailed steps provided to guide me in completing the filing. I feel the previous years were simpler.

We love TurboTax and have used it for many years. This year we will get a big refund. Wish TurboTax program gave us the option to apply this year's refund to next year's taxes.

All went well until e-file attempts failed due to a joint occupancy issue - nothing to fix in return - just could not submit in a timely fashion. Transmit went fine but kept getting rejected even though nothing to fix.

I had to amend my returns and was so worried it will be a huge hassle as IRS letter I received stated I needed to mail and could not E-file. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to amend with Turbo tax.

I have used TurboTax since the beginning when it was on floppy disks. I have accumulated so much history it keeps up with all my real estate sales and depreciation calculations perfectly. Plus, I also did all my business Schedule C calculations too.

Had an issue when I decided not to eFile the California return, due to the efile filing fee. Turbo Tax will not let me print and mail the return, it keeps asking me to efile state return.

Because it is so restrictive my review didn't pickup on the fact that I entered rents received twice. I didn't see the error until the PDF was filed. Now I need to amend the return.
