Until this year I was a loyal Turbo Tax (TT) user. In 2024 TT began nickel and diming, so disappointed with their new business practices. Not only was I charged 45.00 per state return TT charged me 25,00 for each eFile,

although I filed my state return with Idaho for 2023, the state still did not accept the return until I sent the copies of my 1099's. Turbo tax should have a system to allow loading a scan fo those documents in for the submittal to the state.

Why is turotax update putting The state of Louisiana on my system? I live in California and have NO returns for Louisiana. Please inform how to to fix this.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over decade. It has saved me a lot of work and a lot of money. I could never figure out a depreciation schedule on my own.

I have so much respect for my mom! I remember her doing taxes with papers and schedules EVERYWHERE trying to enter true and honest information and calculations. Thank you, Turbo Tax, for making taxes much easier to complete taxes in a timely matter.

Disappointed with the entering of sales from Stocks & Bonds. I felt it was confusing as I doubled my entries & had to backtrack & eliminate a few forms. It used to be simpler.

I gave you one star becuase it kept adding a $45 service at the end, Ikept removing it but it kept showing up at check out, I was able to remove it when I put my credit card in to pay the $25 state filing fee.

It automatically entered last year's PIN and there was nothing on the page that said -- stop -- get a new one! It was rejected, and I had to go through entire process to get the new PIN entered. This should be caught in the review.
