There are some portion that are confusing especially on how you want to pay you tax return - bank or credit card? to which you need to fill up the information on both otherwise you wont be able to finish your return.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and this was the first time I had it crash on me. I found it was difficult to go from step by step mode to forms. The forms never took me back to where I had been working

It did not have my credit union in its lists, for downloading Dividends earned. I could not enter all the information like last year. It would send me to a window that didn't work.

The only problem I had was with RMD of a taxpayer who died during the tax year with only a partial RMD and a non-spouse beneficiary. There was no explanation of how the the RMD was handled. Someone in the community was kind enough to explain.

excellent tax preparation I hate myself I spent my half of my life to prepare the tax myself. I spent 1000 times more efforts to read the tax law and instructions.

Program would crash at Summary tab - it would not run. Tried to uninstall and install again, tried to use a different computer. No reasons nor alerts provided. Had to wait until a few SW upgrades to get the problem fix. Poor quality/reliability.

I thought it was a good program. However, It was not easy to see where my Federal Personal ID and State Identification Number were to be entered. Took about 15 minutes to research where to enter it.

E-file is easy, printing to file is cumbersome and not intuitive. The filing address for Virginia is wrong... again. Has been for as long as I have been using TT in VA.

Deceptive pricing states that the State Filing fee is $20. Then magically before filing, there's another $45 fee for some audit nonsense. No way to take it off.
