Easy to file Income tax with Turbo Tax software. It takes me about 3-hours to finish. Last couple of years all filings were good. I feel confident with this tax return tool

Love Turbo Tax but for the first time ever I could not print my documents. Google search indicated that several people were also complaining yet there was nothing in Turbo warning us about the problem.

Not as user friendly upon initial set up as the CD was. IT caused me 3 hours of trying to figure out how to acess turbotax after downloaded.. required a rest on my computer to be able to access it.

User friendly, even for a non-numbers person! Walks thru everything in a simple, understandable manner. Has good side help/explanation windows when needed. I had always avoided doing my taxes, now I almost look forward to doing them!

Gets clunkier and clunkier every year. Got to the final step and then it cancels my filing because I need to update the software. Do you think they would check that before you try to file???

I would like to say i HATE the new way to enter the interest, dividends, and capital gains. Just terrible! The old way was much better. I have to enter the same Broker three times just to enter the interest, dividends and gains.

I was frequently asked to sign up for an advisor. Seems like there is something wrong with the software if I still need to pay $60 for someone to help me.

Terrible product, Gives so many errors with little clue no how to fix it. The error cannot be copies either search for support. One has to manually type it. Feels like a 1980s product. Pethetic. Please improve your siftware product.

Previous comments. The side boxes which show when dividends are imported from my financial institution are a pain to deal with. I like the straightforward method you employed in prior years.

I have used Turbo Tax since 1989. Have found it makes taxes easy to file and the support for extra information, expert advice if needed, and the free audit support now is great. All this keeps me coming back to TT each year.
