TT was everything expected as I did taxes with TT for probably the twentieth year. Simple and clear and while I needed the help of a TT expert, that too went well.

I hate that you engage in regulatory capture to force us to use your service, when the government can perfectly well calculate our taxes and send us a bill.

I use Turbo Tax for the software. I believe I have been using it since the late.90s. I used to use a pencil and paper to do my taxes, then mail them in. TT is so much easier!

Shouldn't have to pay $50 extra for help. Turbo tax had some issues, like a few pages that printed too large to fit on a screen and some other difficult areas that caused me to have to call,

loading from the internet didn't work properly and I was forced to order a cd at additional cost. Not great. consider offering the software with a cd again

Been a TT user for many years and every year it "SEEMS" to get harder to do than the previous versions. However, I've always gotten to the finish line, as I did this year, and have never been audited and that's a VERY GOOD THING!!

I've used Turbo Tax for years and it's been so reliable and no matter how complicated my individual income taxes get it still helps me get through it with confidence.

The Live tax advice box went back to "buy now" after I paid for it and used it several times. Except for that, which is a software issue, the experts were generally quite helpful.

Prior year was easier to use, do not like the dividends/interest back-and-forth screens esp for importing data. Online STATE e-file is free, but $25 here? :(

I purchased from the website and I didn't get the desktop version. I think that I bought two licenses. My login should have been sufficient to use my license.
