I've used Turbo Tax for many years, and it still amazes me how it works so efficiently. It's like having a tax consultant sitting right next to you. It even predicts and answers your questions before you ask. Keep up the good work!

This year was difficult, The income and expense information did not load up from the previous year. This needs to be more clear to highlight lines that need to be filled in. I was not happy with the software this year.

First experience withTT. Once I understood the software, it was easy to use. Next year will be much easier. Saved me $325 by not having to use my accountant.

I am very frustrated with the product this year. I have been unable to print my tax returns to review them before filing. How do I get help with this problem?

I find the Turbo Tax program easy to navigate. I also appreciate that the program looks at previous years returns and carries over relevant information into the current year's return.

I don't understand why turbotax only supplies the form to attach any forms to when needing to send in forms. Kinda' dumb. Why not include the whole set of forms needing to be attached to the 8453 instead of just for 8453?

I've used Turbo Tax since the early 80's and been very happy with it. I've been audited twice and the information I needed was easy to find so I could respond to the IRS quickly.

Even though I had several complicated life events during this year, I still opted to use the Turbo Tax software. It walked me through the process and I felt very confident that I completed my taxes in a highly accurate manner.

Turbo Tax did not recognize a Roth IRA as nontaxable. That poor for a Company that has been in business for years. I did not find a software helpline. So when I update my laptop I am finished with Turbo Tax.

Reasonable program but not as user friendly as H & R Block but may be more accurate and saved me more money. Help function is awful. It never answered simple questions
