Bugs and payment page issues, spent hours trying to resolve so I could file. Used the product for years....gets more frustrating as they continue to add "extra" fees.

The product is easy to use and I like the ability to quickly bounce back and forth. I had trouble figuring out where to add in the estimated taxes we had paid, and had to Google that answer.

For the last 3 years, I have had to go into administrator mode to enter my Social Security information and this year Administrator mode was required to enter my stock information.

The product is buggy. The premier version is supposed to accommodate investments but requires lots of manual intervention. Foreign tax credit and 1099 misc are poorly handled.

Not as good as it has been in the past, especially when downloading and accessing tax forms and info from investment firms, ie, E-Trade. I have used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years, and I will probably switch to another company next year.

California State return; Payment error, "hit a snag, try again". Changing browsers, clearing cookies did not help. Purchased by phone- state efile return- state efile confirmation number- success.

Not pleased w all of the aftermarket sales request Forms would not e file, AGI entry is not matching up when I have used Turbo for 15? years. Not again

UNHAPPY. My return is 33 pages. it will NOT print page 24 and 25. Prints all the others. It is as if 24/25 do not exist - but I can see them in the pictures of all 33. I don't believe it was my printer...as it prints all the others.

Each year there seems to be more and more. A table of contents before each section would be helpful so I don't have to go forward then back to see where I will input everything

Overall, it was good. At the beginning the format was a little difficult to navigate with the new click on windows. it was easer last year and years before
