I did have a problem with not being able to input data for Karen's Social Security. It took me forever to find a phone number to call. Once I reached someone they were able to help me reset the program to allow me to input the data.

Overall good experience. In the HSA section the questions were worded in a confusing manner and my wife appeared to not have coverage for the full year. I had to go into the forms section and fill it out manually and it worked.

Tries to force you to efile the state return for $25. No clear and easy way to get the program to print instructions page with filing by mail.... Bogus change!!!!!

A couple times on this return, rounding numbers, up or down, to the whole dollar was not correct. Otherwise, I've been using TurboTax for years and the experience has been great.

While working in 2024 tax, in certain areas turbo tax asked me to go back 2023 forms to get the information to fill in. I believe there is a way that Turbo tax could retrieve that information from 2023 forms, which would be very handy for me.

I have used TurboTax for close to three decades now. I have always been able to do my personal taxes along with the taxes related to a rental home that I own. I have always felt confident about the accuracy of my taxes.

2024 modifications SUCK. I cannot modify the estimated taxes for 2025 for FED, and there is NO CALCULATION for State of Oregon Estimates. Worthless. It took me twice as long to prepare my return this year figuring workarounds for other forms -- S

Let me start by saying I've been using TT for many years and put up with its quirks. It would be great to be able to escape out of a line of questioning without having to re-enter everything which is time consuming and therefore annoying.

Some of the new screens (e.g., investments) are not intuitive. For example, interest earned from banks is found/entered under "investments" even though interest earned is not an "investment".

Software is great , but would suggest you make the foreign tax worksheet ( specifically when you have multiple countries to report) so you can report all on one page so you can view all in one spot
