Mass residents who have only a ID Card do not have ISSUE or EXPIRATION dates on their card. Your MASS. form requires ISSUE and EXpiration dates. 4th year asking you to fix this!!!

I found the desktop version was not as user-friendly as the online version I've used in past years. I had to look up things from the 2023 tax return to complete forms that should have been transferred over. Otherwise, I like TurboTax overall.

The e-filing of the Mac version was confusing (with the NY state, the federal was OK), compared against the PC version that I used last year. Also, the Mac version seems sluggish (compared against the PC version).

Easy to use but when it hits a bump you're in trouble. Bought state e-file but had problems with return rejected over AGI. Could not fix and had to file by mail, now cannot file state by e-file so just lost $25.

I feel quite confident completing my tax returns using Turbo Tax. The app is thorough. I feel that it identifies loose ends and brings them to your attention. This app gives me peace of mind.

Great product! Makes the complex simple and at a great value. I spoke with Marina Harrison Rapley at Intuit and she really helped me out immensely with my tax preparation and filing.

This is the first time we use Turbo Tax. It is a little complicated at the beginning, but we will definitely continue using it. I think they just need to be clearer with the instructions for beginners.

Very unclear on why a new download is needed. Keeps tacking on fee after fee. $60 for TurboTax Deluxe and another $45 to "upgrade" to Premium, another $50+ in fees to file.

1099 misc was too confusing. site did not show my auto renewal so i accidentally purchased twice. too many offers to do an IRA, why dont you give me a checkbox for "dont offer again"

TurboTax Colorado doesn't allow you to efile with a DR 0102 even though Colorado Department of Revenue allows you to efile and upload the documents as an e-filer. Saved myself money by using the Colorado Department of Revenue site to file.
