The Turbo Tax Product worked well. I had some problems with the Activation since the first three times i tried to activate it, I received error code 630. However, eventually the Activation worked and I was able to complete the Tax Returns.

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. It is easy to use and when I have a question I ask for a call back and they always do and always answer my questions.

I used the AI function, and it was helpful. When I would click on a link for more information there would just be a white screen. It may have been my ridiculous computer rather than your program.

One glitch: TT gave me the option of paying state via electronic payment to MN Revenue, which I did. However, ensuing TT pages did not recognize this form of payment.

The walk me through each step is helpful. You need to improve data entry or enable download from financial institutions for K-1 forms. I spent hours in endless loops related to this. The program was useless in figuring out what was wrong.

Second year using. Easy to download and easy to operate. Love the "Check for errors" feature and the ability to save the file and go back later to audit if necessary before filing.

Program quit unexpectedly near the end, but I think it was a computer problem. No difficulty in finding where I had to enter data. Being able to apply previous year information is a great help.

I HAVE USED TURBOTAX SINCE IT STARTED. IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD OVERALL BUT LATELY EACH YEAR I HAVE DIFFICULTY GETTING DOWNLOADS. BOTH FROM INTUIT SITE AND OUTSIDE FINANCIAL/W2 WEBSITES. FRUSTRATING AND TIME CONSUMING

I do a lot of stock trading during the year. Direct import from the broker. It makes the calculation really easy. But loading the update each time. It is not fast enough

As a whole, the 2024 TurboTax was easy to use. I did not think the investments area was as good as prior years. I have heard the same from someone else.
