Changes this year SUCKED. The new interface to add the DIV/INT information was horrible. Automatic downloads were unreliable. Seriously thinking of using a different product next year. And it crashed at least once while I was using it.

I skipped Turbo Tax last year, but am back now. Always easy to work my way through. I used the Live Tax Advice service to reassure myself on a couple of questions, and the Tax Expert was wonderful.

The CS person that I spoke to was outstandng but I already gave him a good review. I have used TurboTax for years and it is just the same as ever reliable but nothing exciting

Love this product most of the time but the part about RMD and QCD is lacking in its guidelines. Also the followup on 1099-R and not taken distribution is foggy.

Tax preparation is very good. Also e-file makes it simple. Would like to be able to create multiple returns to see the differences when evaluating different tax reporting options.

User friendly, even for a non-numbers person! Walks thru everything in a simple, understandable manner. Has good side help/explanation windows when needed. I had always avoided doing my taxes, now I almost look forward to doing them!

Hard to get Fed K-1 Income loss to flow to NJ. In 2023 had to go to forms view to manually change $0 to desired amount and same for 2024 software when planning for 2025 Estimated Income

Somewhat more difficult to follow the new information requests, especially the PIN requirements which caused my initial "filing" to be rejected by both USA and CA.

TurbpTax Premier - Desktop was not as helpful this year as it was previously. Some specific questions/worksheets did not open based on my personal information as they did in previous years.

HAD A PROBLEM WITH 1099-NEC INPUT. FOUND OUT SOFTWARE FOR 2024 HAD AN ERROR. PROBLEM RESOLVED WITH HELP FROM HELP-DESK. I SPENT AN ADDIIONAL $60.00 FOR HELP AND I BELIEVE IT SHOULD BE REFUNDED BECAUSE PROBLEM WAS INTUIT SOFTWARE.
