I gave a 5 star for the quality of the software. It would be very helpful to be able to access the Turbo Tax technicians easier just to ask a question about the Turbo Tax product I am using.

I have been using TurboTax for many years. As I pastor, I find that it understands my tax situation better than most tax professionals. It also makes it much easier to handle taxes on my rental property. Using TurboTax saves me both time and money.

Generally easy to use and straight forward. However, the state was not clear on the inclusion or exclusion of the capital gain on a second home sold out of state.

I used TURBO TAX filed my tax return every year, it guides me how to be filing in every step, nice and easy to understand and accurate, it makes no mistake and success every year. I highly recommended this tax return product, five stars !

product ok, I think it needs a lot of improving in providing online access to tax forms from institutions and banks. I find I must manually enter in a lot of information because Turbo tax doesn't have access to the tax documents.

Though I miss the disk version of TurboTax, the subscription-based version does give me 5 licenses, which is more than I need. TubroTax has always been a good product and has rarely let me down.

It appears you can only transmit 5 return even if you justo friends and relative for free. The fifth return was mine and was rejected. I fixed the AGI and retransmitted it but now if was number 6 and rejected.
