Horrible hidden upcharges at every turn, ended up paying close to 200$ to file. will be switching to military onesource next year, im sick of this happening with big companies.

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 18 years. So easy to use. The best thing I love is we don't have to reveal our personal/financial information to anyone locally if we use Turbo Tax!

It walks you through each question and that is super helpful. If you have a unique situation they usually have an answer on how to fill out the form correctly.

UNHAPPY. My return is 33 pages. it will NOT print page 24 and 25. Prints all the others. It is as if 24/25 do not exist - but I can see them in the pictures of all 33. I don't believe it was my printer...as it prints all the others.

Long time user - like that is takes me step by step for input; only had to use Audit Defense once and will always choose that option - well worth the money

I found this year's software confusing in places. I have never had any problem with all the many years I have used Turbo Tax. I guess some young software engineer thought they had a better idea than all the past developers.

This years version had several program/UI flows. I selected an entry then entered a value - later I changed my answer to NO and the software did not ZERO OUT my numeric entries in multiple spots

Not able to import W2 because box 1 is treated as a password. Had to import with PDF document as a workaround. The table to display all the ESPP and RSU is too narrow and constantly had to scroll back and forth.

30 year user. Could not efile because TT didn't like 07310 ZIP CODE! (NEW JERSEY). I reported this last week, but still not fixed! Had to put in my ZIP CODE. I AM ANGRY!
