excellent tax preparation I hate myself I spent my half of my life to prepare the tax myself. I spent 1000 times more efforts to read the tax law and instructions.

TurboTax's Step-By-Step guide simplified the process of filing both federal and state taxes. Thank you, Ms. MinhT1. Your prompt and helpful response to question posted in TurboTax community confirmed that I was taking the correct approach.

Easy to follow and import investment documents...this saved me a significant amount of time. However, whenever I had questions, the search many times didn't answer my question. I didn't find the AI Assistant helpful either.

TurboTax is excellent. I have used it for years. I had some confusion and I used the available service for help. We resolved the issue and it was my problem. The help was great. I have recommended it others.
