Overall, similar experience to that in previous years. Miss being able to buy a CD copy of the software. Miss simple table display of investment income and charitable deductions

2024 was the first time I was unhappy using Turbo Tax. It was impossible to download my financial information for the first time ever since I started using Turbo Tax. Doing it manually was frustrating.

There are a lot of good things about this system, but there are too many times that I don't know the answer to questions that sometimes appear. Yes, there are "explanations" available, but they sometimes don't help me to get the answer.

Very intuitive to use. Walks you through all situations with clear and concise steps. Covers all necessary items even with complicated tax situations.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years with no problems until this one. I believe I got over charged on two of my returns by $5.00 each on the state returns.

Obtuse requests for non-existent income. It gets locked it a loop and won't let me transmit my return. I guess I will just have to mail it in. Something about royalty income that i do not have.

Wonderful product...used every year since the early 1990s. TOTALLY HATE requiring login to your site to download data from financial institutions. NO REASON TO BE GIVING YOU ACCESS...EVER

refund for prior year returns 2021 and 2022 - not accurate, Just made taxable. no ability to change had to delete. not user friendly. had to go back to some steps not covered. its good I know what im doing somewhat.

It took me twice as long to do tax returns because I got no refund from the Feds and it automatically assumed no direct deposit on the state. i had to literally go into the forms on all to insert the direct deposit. A pain.

Difficulty with Microsoft NET Updates on Windows 10 & Windows 11. Unable to complete on Windows 10 so used a Windows 11 machine, installed a Digital Copy to it, then completed the return.
