Love Turbo Tax. Easy to use step by step instructions to be sure all is covered. Easy to go back and review or edit. Easy to dive deeper in the worksheets to understand how things are calculated.

This year with download version, TT did not ask how I did my taxes last year. As a result, had to enter a lot of info I usually don't, and tax history only shows current year. Otherwise, same great product.

Happy with software but surprised, frustrated and furious that the first e-file return required that I pay $25 for State and $40 for Federal. I thought there was 5 free e-files??? Another example of deceitful advertising !! ???

I have been using TurboTax for Personal & Business use for last 20+ yrs and love it for all the use-cases I am able to address in Step-by-Step or Forms view and even pull specific Forms to address complicated returns.

Not as good this year as past years. Harder to navigate. Removing Windows 10 to operate Turbo Tax in 2025 will lead me to other tax software options.

This was mainly a good experience. We had a live call with an agent which was quite helpful. It was difficult to file out the foreign pension section.

For the first time in all the years I've used TurboTax, I've been rejected because my AGI didn't match the IRS info from 2023. Further, I saw the name of some fellow in Colorado appear but I couldn't get back to it. This is terrible!

I've used TurboTax for years now without failure However, it just keeps getting more "sophisticated" every year probably due to our "friends" in DC. Perhaps make a version that's tailored to Seniors that keeps it "keeps it simple" as possible?

Love the walk-through option. I can make sure I'm not missing anything. And the review is great to ensure you correct any red flag errors before to send your tax return out.
