I needed assistance, call the 800 #, the automated answering was horrid. Fortunately the Turbo representative, Avila, answered and was very helpful, encouraging, and stayed one the line with me while I filed my return. She was professional and promptly spotted the Turbo error. Thank you, Avila!!!

Accurate and really easy to use, but I wish that Turbo Tax would allow the user to select the types of returns that they want to file - and bundle them into one package - rather than making us buy two or three different packages to get everything we need.

I engaged with Anthony because I seemed to be in a loop when I was attempting to add bank interest information. Anthony was able to help me out of the loop. The good news is that your tax expert was able to help me. The bad news is that that the b interest instructions were loopy.

I've used turbotax for years it works great for me. I wish it would capture all IRA values as of end of year before taxed year(2023) so RMD's could be calculated across all of my IRA investments. There seems to be no where to account for any IRA's that I didn't take RMD's from. So Turbotax can't or doesn't tell me if I have taken enough for my RMD's for the taxed year2024)

I've been using TT desktop for more than 10 year - it just gets worse every year - slower, bad help and search features, and MISSED the Colorado TABOR tax refund opportunity - I had to go back and tell it about TABOR! PS also difficult to locate IP PIN, no prompts from TT; even paying TT for state filing via CC doesn't work. Very bad experience - (but I keep coming back, why)

This year was more difficult to use than previous years as the Search and then "Jump To" feature is missing. In previous years, if I wanted to know where to enter SEP-IRA income, I could search under SEP, find the link, click and be taken to the appropriate step-by-step for the form. My other complaint--long standing--is that you cannot search within the list of tax data entered to quickly find a form/entry.

Good definitions and ability to work on sections. Dividends and interest income and capital gains sections were difficult to modify. I could not find the area where I was once asked to split capital gains between me and my wife. Difficult to pay for state return on Intuit. Had to use full screen to enter billing address.

You should help set up an online account right off. Every time I tried to check on something it told me to log in and I didn't have an account, so just went to the IRS websites. And that 1098-NEC thing is confusing the way it's first presented. The IRS site explains it better.

Very good product. My biggest complaint is year after year the step needed to apply state tax refund to the following year (instead of taking the refund $) is extremely hard to decipher how to do it and very non-intuitive. Should have been fixed years ago!!!

I've used TurboTax for the last twenty years. I preferred the product when it was on a CD as I liked having it for any future reference. This year I found the software to be somewhat cumbersome at the beginning. I still think it's a very good product, just not great like it was.
