Turbo Tax 2024 software is still onerous to use: For example, I had to file a Form 2210 for uneven 2024 income flow and ended up having to manually calculate capital gains and qualified dividends and manually enter many entries before TT stopped flagging "Errors" during the Review process. I also had to hunt for where to ADD Additional payments made other than Estimated Payments. There should be more automatic Query messages to ask if we made additional payments. More Explanations as to why the program is making certain entries would be helpful in understanding the tax returns.

Dislike the dark pattern of filling out state taxes before being informed of $25 fee, and dark pattern of attempting to add a $45 fee for deducting fee from refund without fee being presented in standard way (it's bolded but not in the usual Total: Price format). While I understand "line must go up" every quarter which is NOT Intuit's fault, I do hope you have team members internally advocating against distasteful revenue enhancement tactics. Thank you.

TurboTax works pretty well overall. I had some difficulty importing some of my investment information (from one investment broker -- Charles Schwab) early on. And I also had some "challenges" reporting my Foreign Taxes Paid information (on IRS Form 1116) because of having foreign tax information from five different 1099s (from three different investment brokers) that (each) had information on them from up to three foreign countries and three RICs (mutual funds).

You failed to update the software and address a bug you have in software ? Seriously bug still present October 14, 2025? Software has a glitch when you enter your K1 and then have intuit do a smart check, do you have a clue what I am talking about? FORM 3868 ? Entering data was easy. HOWEVER, there were too many instances where data fields were blocked on my Mac. Had to search the Internet for a work-around. Also, would have been helpful to be able to print a list of the ERRORS found during the review.

Overall does a good job on taxes. Stupid program mistakes makes filing electronically difficult

I would like to see Turbo Tax expand the capabilities of entering partnership K-1 information
