Overall I think Turbo Tax is awesome and guides me through much of the tough items. 90 percent understandable. except for some small glitches, in this one an entry for additional medical info when the line was ( 0 ) info not needed. Mostly your making the product aval. only online is a bother to me and Im sure others. like a book, I want to read the hard copy and hold it in my hands. Having to download does not give me a hard copy of the program which can be easier reloaded if one needs to. I dont trust the internet nor our Govt to do the right thing for us, thus I will not enter my information online, nor will I E-file, unless turbo tax decides to make it a requirement then Im sure that there are other ways to do my taxes without having to enter my info online. THE WEB CAN'T BE TRUSTED

This year was a little more troublesome than years past. The import from Charles Schwab didn't go smoothly and some information was omitted. Doing some quick math on what was supposed to be a finished return revealed the gaps. Finally I had to enter the information manually.

could not upload CVS files for crypto transactions like I could last year what happened to this feature? When trying to file online could not use a credit card with an expiration month past 10. It just wouldn't come up in the dropdown box. I had to switch to another credit card with a month less than 10. Couldn't resize the window to show the entire dropdown list if there was a 11 or 12.

Entering Charitable items was a pain this year! It was easier in past years. Also didn't like the wording Turbo tax used on TABOR refund. I was unclear about whether or not I got the Tabor refund I was due. TABOR is known as the taxpayer bill of rights in Colorado.

I've used TT for years and I love it. Never had a problem with my filed returns. This year it seemed that I had to do a little more work to complete my return. I would prefer that TT bring forward all my info from the previous year and let me edit anything that has changed. Also it would be great if last years data was presented beside this years data entry fields so that it would be easy to check my entries for reasonability while I'm entering them.

Wasn't as easy to use online vs the desktop version. I started wt online but quickly realized uploading last year's TurboTax pdf was easier. If once I signed in, it populated last year next to this year like the Desktop version does, I would like it. I would like to try online next year

VA State return never asked me to indicate when income was earned, since I am retired and my only income is Social Security (not taxable in VA) and IRA withdrawal/rollover to Roth, all my income was in December. As I had a late payment for September, Form 760C was filled out all wrong. I had to find the form and correct it to show taxable income was al earned in December.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. I've helped my parents, my aunts, and friends complete their returns without issue - until this year. This most confusing part was where we entered the 1099 INT. TT brought up all the places where interest was earned the previously year, but even after completing the required info, TT brought them up again and again.

First off - it is always very frustrating trying to get a desktop version on my PC. Can you PLEASE just go back to offering the CD version OR include a very easy to click and obtain link in an email when tax time comes around? I may go elsewhere based on that alone. Also, this year it looks like some things were changed or done differently than in the past. I've been using this software for a decade and something just seemed 'off' this year.
