Please remove the restriction of copying/pasting complex passwords in order to import documents from financial institutions. This is an unnecessary requirement that is just frustrating since every other situation I can copy and paste this, but for some reason??? not on Turbo Tax. PLEASE FIX THIS FOR NEXT YEAR!!!!

As a residents of CT it is absolutely unacceptable that TurboTax does not have the CT forms available. This is consumer fraud and a class action suit should be brought against Intuit for selling a product under false advertising. The software will not allow CT residents to file, even though we paid for this !

Several glitches that I hadn't encountered in prior years. E.g. each time I opened the program it wanted me to start the interview at the beginning rather than where I had left off the previous session. When I was entering dividends from 1099-div forms (the fund names were pre-entered from last year's return), I could not progress through the forms without going back to the income main screen, selelcting "dividends", then selecting the next fund form and "edit". Very frustrating and a waste of my time!

I Had numerous issues with this years turbotax program . Unable to delete boxes when you put cursor over garbage can the area just highlights in blue. Also program is buggy in many areas. Think I will try another product next year. Also getting bugged to use live tax help. If I wanted that I woiuld to go tax preparer or accountant . I have used turbo tax since 2017 and this is worst year ever!!!!

Overall, I continue to like Turbo Tax. However, last year & this I had a rather hard time getting my 2 small, personal partnerships entered. I found it hard to follow the steps to enter my K-1 & K-3. Sometimes it is difficult to backtrack a small amount.

Overall easy to use, but import from my financial institution was messy this year. Also, the w2 import (from ADP) did not work and required manual entry. One error was only caught during electronic transmission and not during the checks/verification process. I don't believe it makes any material difference to the return, but annoying all the same. I have been using TT for almost 20 years, and this was the clumsiest experience thus far

Easy to use as usual. I've been a long time user and they're very good at maintaining the user experience year over year. Seems to be incrementally improving with regards to being able to grab documents from other financial institutions. There was an issue with filing but contacted support and they were able to fix the issue within a few minutes and the support person was awesome.

I have utilized TT for all of my family filings for the past 30 years. I can't recall ever having an issue with the program. The help features usually point me to the correct info when I have a question of understanding. I've used the Premier version to handle investment filing info.

I retired in August but worked my previous job title Jan - July. I left my occupation title on the 1040. Should you mention in Turbo Tax its ok to leave out "retired?" I did to get help from a live person that I looked up online: there seemed to be a glitch when I entered my pension plan Company Tax ID #. I put the state/XXX number in the same box that I was a bit confused, and the software would not let me fix it. I called the helpline, and she did a good job helping - I had to delete the entire company name and start the section over. The Community was confused based on my review and I mentioned that to the TurboTax rep.

We need you to provide an option to show the preparer a scrollable Half Screen view of Tax Form or work sheet being completed as the preparer enters the data/answers to the Turbotax questions... so we can see where the entries are going as well as the upper left screen corner box that shows the impact of the entry/entries - throughout the program.
