I've been using TT Premier for many years for both Federal and State (NH) tax returns. This is the first time I had to pay to eFile my NH taxes. WHY? Also, more "concrete" confirmation when eFiling for State Return is completed would be better. Now I have to wait to review withdrawals from my bank account to see if the Tax Payment withdrawal occurred.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 20+ years. The quality and accuracy are unmatched in the industry. My tax returns have always been accurate, and NEVER had an issue with the IRS. The product is continually improved by Turbo Tax, and I don't have to spend any time keeping up with tax code changes. Turbo Tax does this for me! The additional services and offerings continue to be very beneficial at a very reasonable cost. I have a very HIGH confidence my tax returns are done correctly!

It works...but the UI is broken, slow, stuck in 1998, and feels very tedious. The integration with 3rd parties is unreliable, and costs time and frustration. When problems happen, often there will be a "beep" and no other information, making it essentially impossible to find out what needs to be resolved. I've been using it for years, but am starting to question why.

Got to final review and had 19 errors, informatio that I had already entered. Program hng p on Fporm 7205 . This is a personal return and 7205 is forenergy efficient commercial buildings. I have used Turbo Tax for years and this is the worst I have ever seen

I have been using Turbo Tax Desktop for multiple decades, it has consistently met my needs and continues to simplify the process for filing my federal and state tax returns. It has helped me understand the filing process during the more difficult situations over the years. I trust the software and do not wish to try another option at this time. Thank you Intuit for fulfilling ur needs consistently over the years and making it better and better.

Changes in the investment income section - forms 1099-DIV, etc, were not helpful. I had to do a lot of manual calculations to put in the numbers. Too much scrolling was required to return to the page and document I was working on when I selected "edit".

When are you going to fix TurboTax so that users receive an email confirming their e-filed returns have been accepted? This has been an ongoing problem for a few years now. The fact that Intuit went to a subscription basis for Quickbooks desktop versions is highway robbery. Intuit is getting fat, dumb and happy these days.

Overall experience was good. Encountered some new topics this year that took extra time. Always struggle with the local tax form. This year the download for interest and dividends did not seem to operate smoothly and took extra time. Like having to clear out 0.00 amounts on the 1099 lines.

Getting answers to questions online is hard and frustrating. The answers are unsatisfactory, even when they are about navigation/use of TurboTax.For example, I wanted to have my federal refund applied to next year's estimated tax, and had to find the worksheet and apply it myself. It was never given as an option although I had done that in the past. All that was asked was how I wanted to receive my refund. I am less and less satisfied with TurboTax although I have been using TurboTax Premier for several years.

I have used TT for many, many years, but when I eFiled my 2024 CA State return, I was charged an EXTRA $22 in Penalty/Interest for not have paid the Estimated Quarterly Payments to CA State. However, I paid the exact amounts on the dates that TurboTax 2023 proposed. Seems a significant error on TurboTax/Intuit side since they should know the rules of CA State penalty avoidance. ANNOYING!!! Rest of entering & filing was like previous years.
