Fine for the most part, spent a little more time on the deductible page than I liked. I didn't realize it was broken into ten steps and the step I needed was going to be on step 7 or 8. Just would have liked a heads up of what's on each step beforehand instead of having to click next to know. But, this still is a great product!

Had very positive experiences with BUKKY and JOHN at Customer Service. THANK YOU to both! I wish there were an easier way to track where entries COME FROM when in the Forms section; and where entries GO TO when in the Step-by-Step section. Its way too easy to get lost -- and FRUSTRATED -- trying to track and correct alleged errors. Finally, I think my Form 1116 should have included "income from sources outside the United States" (because I had that income and declared it properly elsewhere) but after several hours' effort, I could not find a way to enter the data without an OVERRIDE which would have invalidated e-filing. Why weren't my entries of foreign Interest & Dividends (from 8938 and 1099-INT and 1099-DIV) carried to the appropriate boxes in 1116? Or, at the very lease, why isn't the filer advised of this issue? Seems that the Foreign Income section needs to be beefed up a bit (especially with so many Americans eager to flee the country these days . . . just sayin'). YES, will be using Turbo-USA and Turbo-Canada again next year!

we do not like the fact that we cannot access the previous year tax returns in Intuit and Turbo Tax accounts. They should be stored in our account also. If our computer breaks, which it had from last year, we cannot access returns because even if we save them we then have no access to the files in our computer.

Easy to use and follow. Downloading the app was straight forward. No issues using the TurboTax. I liked the format for entering dividends, and interest in last year's version better than this one. Some institutions have multiple incomes, and it was cumbersome to see if I had all of them because they were all together instead of under one heading..

Not as good as in previous years. Less user friendly entering interest before dividend info is much degraded from previous years. Could not insert information from Charles schwab. Only 4 incompatible file types were offered, neither were compatible with Schwab. After passing income adjustments for VA could not return to that section to make corrections. Had to delete the return and start over. It was by accident that i found how to to delete a started state return.

I love using Turbo Tax, it is very user friendly and the help and suggestions are so great!! I appreciate the fact they store last years filings, to be able to compare years. I have used their tax support and they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Data transfers from last year did not include information that was created by the Turbo tax, causing much pain to understand what to include in this year tax return. If Turbo tax is supposed to be for people with little knowledge of tax laws, it is getting harder every year to do it yourself. If I need to get someone to help me with the tax return, then it would be no use for Turbo tax as total cost is becoming close to using a tax return expert.

The product works, BUT it's just not worth the aggravation. My son used it first so he used his Intuit account and was able to pull up and compare last years taxes. The CODE would not work within MY intuit account I had to get his user name and PW and use his account to do my taxes, therefore I couldn't get last years taxes to compare OR my AGI number as the end. No one to call and talk to. Its JUST NOT WORTH IT> you don't listen or give me information I need

Turbo Tax worked great - as it always has. The interface for entering income had a new feature that appeared to try to download and enter information automatically. A couple appeared to work well. I checked the list of providers but did nit fine some of my providers on the list.

The program worked well although there were a few things that were a bit vague. For example, we had received a 1099 - MISC that was not related to any business activity. It was a good thing that my wife had used Turbo Tax in the prior year so I could see how the forms were being used to properly report our taxes. I had to delete the 1099 - MISC data several times and re-enter the data different ways before I could see the taxes being reported on the correct forms.
