A couple of small issues, Could not delete 1099-D from the working page nor any enter once added. Only zeroed out information on the form. I made a mistake adding State code.I added Mass. instead of Mich and after correcting it the Application kept wanting me to download Mass State.

Mostly easy to use, but the entry for interest, dividend, and RMD income is opaque -- seeing what will be on the return requires going to forms, and unnecessary--and annoying--change from previous years. Also, some prompts seem missing until review, i.e. required address of charities.

Had a little problem with my State, Form MO-A. Section C is for Social Security or Social Security Disability calculations. Disability benefits SP was set to ZERO, and in line 2y & 2S were also set to ZERO. I had a callback from one of your agents, and she was able to find my error. She had me delete the ZERO's from line 2Y & 2S.I was then able to continue with my state form. It saved me a trip to H#R B.

I don't like that previous year return can't be transferred over if it was done n a different computer/device. Having to start from scratch is not ideal. Also, when printing the final return this year, there were no choice beyond printing the ENTIRE 258 page return. in 2023 I had the choice of printing only he version that IRS would get, or the one without worksheets. Otherwise it's okay I guess and I'll stick with it. ...But.. after going thru an update needed in order to successfully E-file with Federal, what happened to my State return? It got interrupted I guess and now I need to find where I left off with printing and filing ??

I have been using the PC version of TurboTax for at least 10 years. This year I used the Mac version, and it is an inferior product compared to the PC version (but of course the same price). The interface is buggy. It hangs frequently and requires a restart. The feature set is reduced compared to PC. Because I've now switched to Mac at home, I may need to ditch TurboTax and go to a tax professional next year.

We have used Turbo Tax for many years. It has worked out well even though I made an error and had to do amendments. I understand more about how to complete taxes and can get my questions answered with a bit of effort. Overall this has been the best option and a learning experience.

I used to have no problems using Turbo tax, but both this year and last I had the same issue with one of the step-by-step topics failing to function at all, forcing me to go to FORMS in order to enter data. I HATE FORMS!!! I'm otherwise very satisfied with the product. Would have been five stars but for this one issue.

I have been using Turbotax for years and never experienced the many issues as there are in the 2024 version. It's simply more complicated and required me to do more reading and searching to find the right directions that have been provided within the turbotax tool in past years. It usually takes me 3 to 4 hours to complete and this year it took 8.5 hours. And eys, all of the information that was required was organized and at my fingertip.

Online advice from other users of your program saved me. Doing the edownload of your program to my Mac was such a difficult challenge. And not being able to choose what I wanted to print from my completed return was unbelievable. Again, online advice guided me to save my return as a PDF in order to print ANYTHING, and not all supporting worksheets were even available there to print. You should have provided a patch or update to improve the printing process. Many users were complaining.
