I found it very obnoxious to have to continually scroll down and hit enter when entering multiple 1099-DIVs. Not everyone uses a broker. I personally own more than 40 stocks and it takes forever to enter the information. Why don't you have one sheet with boxes for each stock so they can be entered without changing pages? Also, information received from a stock that was sold does not always have all the information needed and it might not be in a the box format. You have no place for entering "inherited" instead of a date for when a stock was acquired.

I've always liked Turbo Tax. It's fairly easy to use but I think the printing and pdf saving sections could be better explained. Sometimes it's hard to anticipate whether or not to Continue and if you will have another opportunity to print and save.

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years. After entering my 1099's it would usually ask do you want to enter more. It did not this year and it took me a while to figure out how to enter more. It did ask after entering my 1099R but not the 1099int. just a little confusing

I've been using Turbotax for several years (my first was 2021, when I decided I didn't need an accountant) I was happy due to how user friendly the system was. It actually guided me step by step with absolute clarity. THIS YEAR'S VERSION, 2025 PREMIER, IS MUCH MORE CONFUSING. I HAD TO GO BACK AND FORTH MANY TIMES. And I am not yet sure that all the information I entered was correct. Not the number itself but the type ofinfo required.

In general I am greatful for Turbotax for someone with a few complications to my tax return (rental property, inherited Roth IRAs). However, Turbotax failed to carry over a home energy tax credit from last year, that I might have missed if I weren't paying close attention. It also raised questions during the "Smart Check" that were very, very difficult to figure out, and which required me to go back and forth with experts through the TT question and answer, over the course of more than a week. How I answered the questions made a difference of mor than $1,300 in my federal tax liability, so it mattered. I do think there are problems with the program, its accuracy and its clarity. But I appreciated the help from the experts.

I have used Turbo Tax for years with no issues. This year nothing seems to work well. My investment information would not transfer. Even after I upgraded to Premier. When I looked for answers it looked like many others were having the same issue but i saw no answers on how to solve it. One of my capital gains fields should have been 0 but it would not accept the 0. It should have been an easy return to file but I stuggled to get the return completed.

This year was the most miserable year using your product. Program was buggy and needed updates. Could not get it to load a saved return in progress when I returned to it the next day. Finally need to be completely reinstalled to submit my return when completed. I have used the Windows desktop versions for several years, this is the first time with Mac and there may not be a next time for me. Help was AI and very ignorant. I am so glad I am not doing this on April 14.

I've used TurboTax for 20 years. It is generally effective, but I do not appreciate Intuit's constant attempts to gain more revenue through irritating prompts to purchase services I do not need or want. There are also technical glitches -- this year, the payment screen would not accept my credit card expiration date. And this "AI powered" review box is glitching -- erasing some letters as I type them and it pointlessly updates the "suggested review topics."

I have been able to use and understand Turbo Tax in the past. Without that knowledge I would not have made it through this year. May have to check for another program next year. Paying for my State Return was terrible I am going to try one more time and if it does not work I will print it and mail it. Buy the way I get into my account easily, but not when I try to pay for the State Return.

Nothing was easy: Kept telling me to enter my Canadian income... There is none and never was Completely messed up my Fidelity info. No way to check if it got everything Hard to navigate Hard time finding last years return to help with this year Too much else to list I have been using turbotax for many years and it now is unusable
