Connecting to figures that relate to each other is quite difficult for some calculations. Sometimes I had to guess where to go. I file an itemized Schedule A and Scheudle B. Doing charitable deductions is time consuming and hopefully could be made easier to do within the worksheets and forms.

Couldn't download the Turbo Tax program. First time it has ever happened!!! The support person was extremely helpful!! Stayed with the installation until complete. After finishing my Federal return, the State return wouldn't load. Support was excellent again!!! Not happy with the difficulty with the program loading.

It works, but gets buggier every year. It acts like a bunch of web pages crammed into a seemingly native Mac app, but there are layout problems, editing brokerage trading entries is a nightmare, and going to the form display to try to make faster edits works terribly.

Not a good impression Step 1 - We'll read you tax return from turbotax last year and get your AGI. It said I made $29 MILLION dollars!!!! Step 2 - Download my W-2, errors, didn't read data in some of the boxes with values Manually enter the majority of data - data connections for my banks did not exist and if they did, you had to triple check the accuracy, Issues with foreign tax credit forms not being autopoulated correctly - prevented me from filing my taxes...UGH!!!!!! It's a step backwards. TT use to be a great product. H&R Block app next year

I had a terrible time this year for the first time in many years. I had three state returns and was charged $25 each. I thought I was supposed to get one state free. I did my son's Federal return for the State of Washington. Turbotax got confused. It said no Washington State return was needed but insisted I fill out a State Return. There was no form to fill out. I have a feeling the return will be rejected.

If you are using turbotax on a Macbook, beware. I bought a copy of Turbotax to run on my Macbook and downloaded Turbotax without any apparent issues. No error messages or warnings appeared. When I began using Turbotax and wanted to link it to my brokerage account to download data, Turbotax told me I had two copies of Turbotax running on my computer and had to delete one copy before I could proceed. It took me hours to resolve the problem, which clearly was Turbotax's issue. This is an inexcusable bug

2025 Program did not bring forward 2024 K-1s & 1099s. I had to reproduce. Program did not enter Fidelity & Merrill Lynch a/c info--first try went to some Intuit ac for "future access" which never worked. Subsequent efforts failed and it was easiest to just enter the info. It seems Intuit's AI efforts are away from its Turbo-Tax and QuickBooks leaving old time users of these products as stepchildren.

I was not as impressed as former years. It was more difficult to process my taxes. I've been doing my own taxes my entire life and have been using your tax program since your inception. I cannot print my state and federal separately without having to go through the entire forms to find them. Very disappointing, especially the fees taken out of my Federal refund.

Everything went great except that I started the tax return in December to see if I should make a deposit because I made a few thousand dollars in the stock market. I knew my Quicken program wouldn't be correct, but close, and I knew I would wait until February to finish my taxes. In February, I started my return and deleted my Quicken download and started my return. I finished my return, and it showed I owed $1500.00. I went into Forms and found that there were two 8949 forms that were almost identical. The one from Quicken was not deleted when I deleted the Quicken download. In my final review It indicated that everything was correct. I would have thought that TurboTax would have caught 2 almost identical forms 8949.I actually only owed $233.00, which was in the ballpark of what I figured it would be. I was glad I went over my forms again before sending them.

I was disappointed in filling out one of the Forms that had a zero amount. The program would not accept that so I finally had to enter a penny for it to take. I received the form from the government for healthcare so it was accurate data. If premium tax credits are halted during the year, that field will be zero since money is not credited.
