After usingTurboTax Deluxe for over 10 years on a Windows 10 operating system, 2025 Turbo Tax Deluxe both Desktop and online on a Windows 11 operating system, has been very difficult to use. Transferring 2024 data has not been possible. Support services have not resolved the problem, all data was reentered manually. It has been a very difficult tax season.

Copying & pasting bank information saves mistakes, and saves time. Sending one state return included is the decent thing to do, not nickel & dime us and make us use a reddit card if we do not get a refund from rhe Feds. You should make us want to use you and recommend you, not make things worse, these taxes are enough agrivation We cannot recommend you any longer.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is more difficult to go back and forth from forms to input than before. Also helpful IRS instructions or references used to be tabbed. This is the first time I had to file an amended return. I missed entering the QCD on my IRA 1099-R entry. I'm sure it was made more obvious on input forms in the past.

TurboTax Premier - Desktop is THE BEST! Everything I need is right at my fingertips with explicit instructions and walk-me-through-it explanations and support! I've used Intuit TurboTax for YEARS, and I am so happy with their accuracy and how compatible it is with my needs! Their features line up with all my tax needs, and the interface is so easy to use! I have been a TTuser for more than20 years. I always purchase the program in mid November for trial runs and do end of year tax planning. This year the program was totally useless and not ready for use until mid/late January. I used on line TaxAct for my end of year tax planning. If TaxAct can be ready on time, then whats wrong with Turbo tax??? Changes in the interface this year were not intuitive. Overall.. a huge disappointment

TurboTax was a bit quirky this year. My first transfer of 2024 data into TurboTax was incomplete and inaccurate, so as I entered tax information as it arrived, the output was not complete and when I looked at the 2024 tax history, it was completely void.... when I called for technical support, there was no means to recover the failed data transfer, so I needed to start from the beginning. Quite frustrating and annoying.

TT2025 won't let me pay state efile and want extra $40 to take the fee out of Fed return. Go to help and have to pay $5 just talk to that person. What kind of ripoff organization has Intuit become. *** Found my problem. Desk top resunution was to high. ***

1. Too much updates required. Everytime I start Turbox, it ask for update. 2. Collect too much infomation that are not needed. 3. Credit card payment form did not fit my screen. The buttons are out of my screen. I send this info last year and it did not change. I can not use credit card payment since the buttons are out of screen.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years now, but this was the first year that the program was unable to help with calculating estimated taxes by 15-Jan-26. I'm retired, and I usually put my final estimates of my taxes in before 15-Jan so I can get a rough idea of my total tax liability and make sure my final estimated tax payment is correct, but this year Turbo Tax had many sections that were not ready, including rental property, capital gains, etc.

It appeared to me this years turbotax was a redicaldeparture from previous years. I had to go back to enter TIN numbers issued by the feds because my ID was stolen. Also there was no comparison between last years entries and this years entries, (I used guide me wih everything). I know the BBB changed many things but I will check out other tax software before I buy any tax software.
