This years taxes seemed to be seamless in filing, where in the past I have had a couple bumps. I appreciate the ease of use. I appreciated that I could use the interface easily to go back to forms I had filled out to check accuracy, without having to use the back button.

Generally, I think Turbo Tax works very well. I have two things I don't like about the listing of Investment Payers. 1) I use to be that invest payers were listed by the type of income -- interest, Div/Cap Gains, Asset sales, now all payers for all income types are lumped together. 2) When I'm checking my entries for investment payers, why can't the list return to the last payer I checked instead of going back to the beginning? This is a definite hassle and inconvenient

Overall Experience was good. But when I went to pay the state tax filing fee, on the Credit Card Entry form it would only allow you to enter experation months up to 10 (oct) and my main CC expires in 12 (Dec) So this was annoying so I had to go use another CC that had an earlier Month Epiration DAte. Be nice if you could fix this for next yea.

I have ben using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and I have always been very satisfied with the product and I would rate it very good to superior. However, this year I cannot do this because one of the features that I have come to rely on was gone and I had no idea that it was eliminated. The 'Its Deductible' feature was always a plus to make sure I could get all of my charitable contributions in order in a mass input. Unfortunately, it was not on the 2025 Turbo Tax. As a result I can only rate this tax product as average. I may need to look at other tax document prep software to see if they have easier programs to keep my contributions in order. I would strongly suggest putting this feature back in. I know many like me rely on this to get things in order quickly for the maximum tax refund.

Went with the interview mode all the way through and passed the review with no issues. Went into the forms mode and found an incorrect TurboTax assumption that was costing me over $12,000. The assumption had not triggered any warning, I was lucky to have found it. Took a look at the warranty and found that I would have had to have filed and paid and then filed a corrected version requesting the 12k back. As justification to get a partial refund of the purchase price of the software. No thanks.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is more difficult to go back and forth from forms to input than before. Also helpful IRS instructions or references used to be tabbed. This is the first time I had to file an amended return. I missed entering the QCD on my IRA 1099-R entry. I'm sure it was made more obvious on input forms in the past.

This product has seriously declined in quality in recent years. The online version is more expensive and lacks the form view. Additionally, it will skip parts relevant to my return, forcing me to hunt them down (at least the help system is good). The continual selling of add-ons and paid help is obnoxious.

When filing an Indiana return, there were no explanations in the program when it was error checking the forms and found missing information that needed to be added. I eventually figured out that the requested info was for county addresses for filer and spouse by asking ChatGPT to explain what TurboTax was asking since Turbotax was asking for info using the database type codes for that field in the form.

Explanations of questions and required information is lacking. Difficult to get back to a specific point without having to re-answer all the questions because it clears out responses. I believe TurboTax has accurate and omplete computations, however, the program continued to give me a "not-responding" message. This occurred too many times to count and sometimes lasted as long as 5-6 minutes. It's not my computer because my computer is new and powerful. If it's my ISP, thats beyond my control. I don't have any other answers.
